Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Add local mirrors for agent checkout. To turn them on set agent property teamcity.hg.use.local.mirrors = true.

Download mercurial-server.zip and put it into the .BuildServer/plugins folder. Restart server.
